Green Deal Assessments in Scotland

We were commissioned by Mears Group to provide Green Deal Assessments for their client, Hillcrest to help them obtain Green Deal Home Improvement Finding to improve the overall thermal efficiency of sold wall properties to dwellings in Dundee city centre.

Our services included:

• Arranging access with tenants
• Completing an EPC.
• Undertaking an Occupancy Assessment.
• Provision of a Green Deal Advice report.
• ECO calculations to confirm the amount of carbon emissions saved for each measure.
