Elvet Chartered Surveyors are licensed BREEAM Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors, offering pre-assessment guidance, design review, design stage and post-construction assessment. Our surveyors are qualified Home Quality Mark assessors and can provide consultation on how to achieve this accreditation at any stage of the pre-development stage.

We were commissioned to validate Derwentside Homes’ existing energy profile database and update the system to ensure it complied with current regulations. To guarantee the successful delivery of this project we were required to liaise with all key internal stakeholders to obtain the information required to produce an accurate dataset.

The Code for Sustainable Homes is an environmental assessment rating method for new homes. Elvet are licensed assessors and can offer pre-assessment guidance and design review, design stage assessment and post-construction assessment.

Elvet’s Energy Profiling service is targeted at local authorities, housing associations and large stock holders to help manage the energy efficiency of domestic dwellings, while also meeting statutory energy reporting requirements.

Elvet collate the information from the EPCs into a bespoke asset management database. This is used to record the energy efficiency of our client’s portfolio and evidence statutory reporting requirements.
