Derwentside Homes: Repairs and Maintenance review

Elvet was appointed by North Durham housing provider, Derwentside Homes to conduct a detailed review of the top 30% of the Schedule of Rates (SoR’s) used to recover costs of completing responsive repairs and maintenance work orders.

Elvet’s main aim was to establish whether the standard minute values, plant and associated material costs were appropriate for the type of work undertaken, which reflects market value and value for money.
