Elvet Appointed by North Star

Elvet Construction Consultants are delighted to have been appointed by North Star Housing Group to carry out stock condition surveys on their properties.

The work will consist of a set of targeted surveys to allow North Star to gain a better understanding of the condition of  their stock and the survey will assess the existing and future financial liabilities of the stock over a 30 year business planning period and also identify the risks and opportunities the stock presents.
