Looking back on 2018

As 2019 begins, we’re looking back at the exciting projects of the last year.

We further enhanced our NEC Project Manager and Site Supervisor services within the North East, with a contract win providing both services to deliver the Infrastructure Works to the North East Technology Park (NETPark) as part of their future expansion plans. We were also appointed to deliver NEC Site Supervisor services on behalf of the Centre of Process Innovation (CPI) in connection with their extension to the National Centre for Healthcare Photonics located within NETPark.

We have also been appointed to several frameworks including Cumbria County Council Professional Services Framework 3; Riverside Group, Clerk of Works / Site Quality Control Service Framework and Oxford City Council Quantity Surveying Services.

We are specialists in the delivery of project management, cost management, sustainability, and asset management in the construction sector. To ensure we’re at the forefront of the latest technology, we recently invested in the latest state-of-the-art 3D Digital Scanning technology, capable of measuring over 1 million individual points per second, which will allow us to offer fast, high quality data capture with unrivalled levels of accuracy. The new service improves the accuracy of our site measurements for production of as built drawings, whilst expanding our BIM capabilities.
