New Instruction for Elvet’s Chartered Quantity Surveyors

Elvet Construction Consultants' Chartered Quantity Surveyors have further cemented Elvet's continued presence in the emerging modular construction industry, which can help in the delivery of the government's affordable homes target.

Elvet have been appointed to act as F1 Modular commercial quantity surveyor to deliver the full range of subcontractor procurement, material purchasing and financial control to deliver one of the first Extra Care Homes to BREEAM Excellence, using modular construction.

The scheme is being delivered in Aberdare, Wales, to provide 40 apartments with a range of communal spaces for the residents, including a commercial kitchen with an extensive dining area to provide a space for the local community to use.

The project is due to start in July 2018 with completion in September 2019.
