Stuart is one of the original founders of the company and is our Director of Cost Management and Project Management. Stuart is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) and NEC3 Accredited Project Manager with a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors.
Glen Griffiths
Founder / Director
Glen is one of the original founders of the company and is our Director of Building Surveying and Sustainability Services. Glen is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), an Associate of the RICS, and NEC3 Accredited Project Manager with a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors.
Neil Marshall
Neil is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with over 10 years’ experience and is responsible for delivering our general building surveying services. Neil’s focus is on our residential offering and specialist services such as providing expert advice to our clients in relation to Expert Witness, Party Wall, Housing Condition Claims and Stock Condition. He also has a wealth of experience across Education, Leisure and Office accommodation. Away from the office, Neil is a keen hiker, and a cricket and football fan.
Stephen Donaghy
Stephen is an Associate of the RICS, specialising in Residential Valuations and general building surveying undertaking a wide range of services. In addition, Stephen is an accredited energy assessor providing domestic and commercial energy performance certificates.
Shaun Kent
Shaun is a building surveyor currently completing is APC to become a chartered building surveyor. Shaun is involved in a wide range of services including clerk of works roles and our design offering in connection with our measured surveys.
Artavazd Balayan
Artavazd is currently completing his degree apprenticeship to become a chartered quantity surveyor. He offers support to our commercial team as part of his ongoing training

Caitlin is a professional office manager and administrative assistant who has a strong background in real estate and customer services. Caitlin’s knowledge of the sector ensures that clients receive helpful and friendly advice from the initial point of contact.
