Stephen Donaghy achieves RICS Membership

Stephen Donaghy has been awarded Associate membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), following his successful completion of the SAVA Residential Valuer course.

Stephen joined the company in September 2013 as an apprentice Business Administrator and achieved an NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service. Stephen showed a keen interest in sustainability surveying services, which prompted us to provide Stephen the opportunity to become an accredited Energy Assessor. Consequently, Stephen then became a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, a Commercial Energy Assessor and Green Deal Advisor becoming a valuable member of the team. Stephen was awarded the Energy Efficiency Champion 2019 at the North East Energy Efficiency Awards.

Following Stephen's qualification as a residential valuer, he is now providing Home Buyers' reports and valuations as part of Elvet Construction Consultants' growth strategy.
