Project management

Through NEC3 Option B, Elvet have been appointed as Project Manager and Site Supervisor by Durham Neighbourhood Services, for the proposed Bridge Realignment at Villa Real. The project involves the demolition of the existing bridge and associated approach embankments and realignment of the main road and C2C Sustrans route at Villa Real which connects Consett and Leadgate.

As part of the HCA’s Affordable Homes Programme, we were appointed by North Durham housing provider to oversee a £12m investment programme over a three-year period.

We have been appointed project managers for Lynwood House; a new build mixed development, which includes 33Nr 2 bedroom luxury apartments for the 55s, GP surgery and community facilities.

Castle Court is a major refurbishment and amalgamation of three separated buildings into one large complex offering 41 luxury apartments for the over 55s with 5Nr 2 bedroom bungalows built in the grounds of the premises. The scheme has recently been completed.
